| Got a replacement shelf plus original SLSS speakers from a scrap sera, only to find the shelf was smashed to buggery. Thus, stripped my current shelf to the bone, filled in the two big 6x9 holes (the 6x9 speakers had been removed by a previous owner), stuck the vinyl from the smashed shelf on the top and put some new black felt on the under side. A bugger of a job, but I'm pleased with the results. The install cost was for the specialised glue needed to secure the vinyl.
