Panelwork and paintwork to concours standards

In very basic terms our bodyshop can transform a flat sheet of steel or aluminium into a car.

Unlike most bodyshops who are only capable of replacing panels, our bodyshop can and usually does make its panels in-house.   For some of the high-demand items we have constructing tooling to speed manufacture and to ensure each panel is identical.   

We have an English wheel, plus box and pan folders which are capable of producing a single piece sill, edging jennies, swaging tools, plus equipment to either tilt a car or rotate it to a completely inverted position.   We have TiG, MiG and oxy-acetylene welding equipment as well.

We have quite a range of original panels to use as a master template.    For panels which we don't have a panel to copy, then we would require the car.    

We have a paint mixing scheme and can mix paint to original specifications, and we can also match paint to your particular car.  We are also particularly choosy about which primers to use, paint and also various anti-rust measures.
