Lancia in the year 2005?

" Omicron has the world's largest collection of Lancia spares" - Classic Cars magazine

We recently asked people what they thought a new Fulvia would look like.   The only guidelines we gave were that some things had to bear a resemblence to the original.

Richard Greasley's Fulvia Mk IV

Lancia Fulvia Series 4 Coupe 2000S, uses Fiat's modular 20v 5 cylinder 2.0l engine with 2400HF integrale option using 2.4 litre, 5 cylinder turbo engine developing 290bhp with a full-time 4wd system.

Paul Greenway's Fulvia of 2005

Engine: Lybra petrol engine range & high performance HF version using 5 cyl 20v turbo unit
Front end: New look "Lybra" type front end with sloping bonnet line and addition vents for cooling (possibly bigger driving lights on HF version)
Bonnet: Possible bonnet bulge or additional vents on HF version
Wheelarches: Integrale style wheel arches
Roof: possible Double-Bubble roof on HF version
Tail: Retro look rear end along lines of original (possible spoiler / rear wing on HF version)

Omicron's comments - this is a design we received some time ago, yet it still appeals to me - this is surely a sign of a good design.    Omicron's comments - this design arrived in September 2000, and whilst maybe not a model in its own right, could be built as a 2 door Coupe version of the current Lybra, which would help block the gap in the Lancia range until the new Delta is available.

Fiat has also given some indication of the possible re-launch of the Lancia brand name, with a new Y, the just released Lybra, a relaunch of the Aurelia name and a possible SUV with the Delta name.
