The piglets are growing rapidly and are old enough to have been moved away from their mother. They’ve also had their ear tags fitted and the job of catching them and separating them from their mum took best part of a day.
The two adult pigs have been put back together, with the hopeful intention of their being another litter of piglets once nature has taken its course.
Update 2: Additionally a third adult pig has joined us, she is called Sandy and is Bonnies younger sister. She’s not quite old enough to breed from yet, but should be towards the end of the year.
